Ananta Cloud Support Centre is the non-technical (commercial and support) dashboard that you can use to view and manage all the non-technical aspects of an Ananta Cloud account. You can access the Cloud Support Centre by clicking on any item in Top-Right User Menu on the help/support icon in the header, or click the Header > Click the Wallet Icon.
šļø Organisation/Account Profile
Using theĀ ProfileĀ section, you can manage your organisation account profile on Ananta Cloud. The profile management section can be accessed from Account Centre from the top helper bar by clicking on the organisation. Account profiles include the following:
šļø Team and Child User Management
Team members or child users can be onboarded using theĀ TEAMĀ section from the account centre. Ananta Cloud allows you to add billing, technical, or other admin users who can log in to your account and perform operations.
šļø Subscriptions and Services
A subscription is a record that gets created whenever a new resource is purchased or a service is activated. In other words, a subscription is a financial āagreementā that links the item that has been purchased, its value, and its renewal frequency.
šļø Unbilled Charges
All subscriptions incur prorated charges during an accountās billing cycle. These incurred charges are also known as unbilled charges and can be accessed from theĀ Billing > Unbilled ChargesĀ section on the main navigation panel.
šļø Invoices and Credit Notes
Invoices are generated at the end of each billing cycle for the services consumed during the billing cycle. Invoices can be accessed from theĀ Billing > Invoices & Credit NotesĀ section on the main navigation panel.
šļø Wallet and Transactions
For all practical purposes, theĀ service balanceĀ acts as your wallet balance or purchase capacity at any given point in time. The service balance is an aggregation of your credit limit, total payments made and the total charges incurred on your account. Your service balance is always displayed on the top bar and gets updated in real-time when a transaction or a charge is recorded.

Ananta Cloud supports three ways of making payments or adding money to the wallet:
šļø Support and Tickets
Ananta Cloud provides SLA-driven support to all subscriber customers in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Service Level Agreement. The SLA can be accessed from the top helper bar by clicking on the user icon.
šļø Standard Agreements
Standard agreements and documents are available on the Ananta Cloud Console Account Centre. Whenever any of these documents is amended or updated, you will be prompted to accept the modified documents on your next login.
