📄️ Creating a Virtual Firewall
To create a Virtual Firewall, follow these steps:
📄️ Adding Instances to a Virtual-Firewall-Based Network
Instances can be created and placed using the virtual firewall. These Instances use special Linux OS images, which will be available as a separate OS Collection. Users can go to the usual Instance creation workflow and choose the appropriate options/controls to create an Instance in the Virtual Firewall network.
📄️ Accessing the Virtual Firewall Control Panel
The Virtual Firewall Service is delivered as an integration using OS images pre-loaded with pfSense or FortiGate VM.
📄️ Application Load Balancer
The Application Load Balancer feature prevents the overloading of a single server. It efficiently distributes incoming requests to multiple available backend servers. This process involves real-time mediation of client requests, where the load balancer directs the traffic to the most suitable backend servers for optimal processing.
